HOW TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Hair wellness is a journey, not an overnight fix.

Here’s how to track progress and stay consistent along the way.

1. BEFORE YOU START

Before you start, take 5 minutes to:

These small steps help you see progress you might otherwise miss.

  • Take a few photos of your hair to compare before and after results.

    (front, sides, crown)

  • Notice how your scalp feels

    (dry, oily, itchy, calm)

  • Pay attention to shedding

    (brush, shower, pillow)

  • Write down your current routine

    (or lack of one!)

3. HOW TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

We recommend a weekly check-in for yourself, not daily obsessing.

✨ Tip: Keep a note on your phone or mark a calendar
✨ Consistency matters more than perfection

  • Am I taking my vitamins / hydrator consistently?

    “I’m not perfectly consistent yet.”
This is very common, especially in the first few weeks. Building a new habit takes time, and missing a day here or there is normal.

    “I’m taking it most days.”

You’re on the right track. Even partial consistency helps your body begin adjusting.

  • How does my scalp feel compared to last week?

“My scalp feels calmer or more comfortable.”
This is often one of the earliest signs that internal support and hydration are helping.

    “It feels about the same.”
This doesn’t mean it’s not working. Internal changes often happen before noticeable scalp shifts.

  • Is shedding the same, better, or different?

    “Shedding looks about the same.”
This is very normal early on. Hair growth cycles take time, and shedding doesn’t change overnight.

“Shedding seems reduced or more manageable.”
This can be an encouraging early sign that internal balance is improving.

  • Does my hair feel more manageable or hydrated?

“My hair feels softer, easier to manage, or less dry.”
Hydration and internal support often show up here before visible growth.

“I don’t notice much difference yet.”
That’s okay — not everyone experiences changes at the same pace.
