NU Standard® Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your NU Standard products, but if you're not satisfied with your first purchase, you can keep the product and we’ll issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. This policy applies to first purchases only.

Defective or Damage Products:
If your product arrives defective or damaged, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are accepted for unused or one-time use products. We offer free shipping for returns, with the option of a refund or product exchange.

Return Requests After 30 Days:
Any return, refund, or exchange requests beyond 30 days will be reviewed at the discretion of NU Standard.

Retail Partner Purchases:
If you purchased a NU Standard product from a retail partner, please return it directly to the retailer according to their return policy. We cannot accept or process returns for products purchased outside of nu-standard.com.

How to Start a Refund, Return, or Exchange:
You can return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or store credit (excluding any original shipping fees).

  • Purchased on nu-standard.com- You’re eligible to return through our process.
  • Purchased elsewhere- Please contact the respective retailer for their return process.

Steps to Complete a Return:

1. Initiate Return: Start the return process by clicking here to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Get Free Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
3. Ship the Item: Use the original packaging to securely ship the product back to:

4. Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon arrival. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return is complete. Refunds take 5-7 business days to post to your original payment method.

 

Lost or Missing Packages:
If your package is marked "Delivered" but not received, please check covered areas and with neighbors. If it remains missing after 48 hours, contact your carrier. If unresolved, contact us at 1-800-700-5571 or team@nu-standard.com for further assistance.

NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] Returns:
Only the first order in our subscription program is eligible for return. For automatic shipments, cancellations must be requested via your account, email us at team@nu-standard.com, or by calling 1-800-700-5571. Please allow up to 5 business days to process cancellations.
